Your Role as a Senior Video Content Creator

As a visual storyteller and a key member of our digital team, you will bring scripts and strategies to life through motion. You won't just edit footage; you will craft compelling visual narratives that capture attention and drive engagement. You will collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and art directors to produce high-quality video content, mainly for social media shorts that resonate with audiences and amplify our clients' brands.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Video Production: Manage the end-to-end video creation process, including concepting, storyboarding, shooting, lighting, and audio recording.
• Master Post-Production: Execute high-quality editing, color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Visual Strategy: Translate marketing objectives into dynamic visual formats, ensuring content is optimized for various platforms (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Collaborate & Pitch: Work alongside the creative team to develop visual concepts for pitch presentations and produce "sizzle reels" or mockups that help win new business.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging video trends, transitions, and technologies to keep our output fresh and competitive.
• Mentor & Manage: Guide junior creatives and assist in managing production timelines and equipment inventories.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics, preferably within an agency or high-paced production environment.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar professional software.
• A Storyteller’s Eye: A strong portfolio/demo reel demonstrating ability in pacing, storytelling, composition, and sound design.
• Versatility: Ability to switch between different styles—from polished corporate interviews to fast-paced, trend-driven social media content.
• Problem Solver: A passion for creative problem-solving and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
