Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and highly organized Sport Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical sport science knowledge and administrative excellence. We are specifically looking for a professional who possesses a strong academic background in sports and exceptional communication skills to represent our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee sporting activities, schedules, and facility management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and correspondence in English.
- Assist in planning and executing sports-related events and community outreach programs.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science, Sport Management, or a closely related field.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.
- Experience: Entry-level to 2 years of experience (we value energy and potential over long years of service).
