JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education: A minimum of BSC degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
- Experience: A minimum of four( 4) successive years of work experience in middle and junior-level Database/System Administration or equivalent roles and a minimum of one year of service in the company
Additional qualities & abilities are required
- Good knowledge of Coordinating and Supervising of Recruitment, Promotion, Transfer, Leave, Medical, Termination, Pension and other aspects of Human Capital Management.
- Plans organizational HC budgets, forecasting costs
- Highly skilled and experienced in system administration for the proactive management, performance & security
- Good database systems and underlying IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of computer application skills
- Dependable & Team player
