Responsibilities
- Remain primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch.
- Engage in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work.
- Ensure the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excellent customer services.
- Prepare an annual action plan for the branch and manage all resources to accomplish and meet the goal.
- Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedures throughout the branch.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance reports of the branch.
Qualification
Education: BA/MBA, MA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any other related fields.
Experience: 8.5/6.5 years of experience in relevant fields in the banking industry, including:
- 2 years as a Customer Services Manager (Grade B)
- 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator (Grade A)
