Injera Digital Marketing is growing, and we’re hiring a Business Development & Communications Executive to help us win new business, develop client relationships, and elevate our brand presence.
Your Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and grow revenue.
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and lead-generation strategies.
Public Relations (PR)
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media contacts.
- Develop PR campaigns and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Strategic & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to social media content strategies that support business growth goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategies.
Implementation, Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with team members across departments for timely and effective execution.
- Execute approved business development and PR initiatives within agreed timelines.
- Provide regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
What you’ll bring
- 2–3+ years in Sales/Business Development/PR (agency or B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills; confident at events and on calls.
- Lead-generation know-how (networking, referrals, outbound, social).
- Organized, data-aware, and proactive; comfortable with CRMs and G-Suite.
- Fluency in Amharic and English.
