Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual who can design graphics, edit videos, and create compelling content for our social media platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical design/editing skills, and an understanding of what performs well online.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and publish high-quality content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design engaging visual assets (graphics, posters, infographics, carousels, etc.) aligned with our brand identity.
• Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for promotions and educational posts.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to continuously improve content quality and performance.
• Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends, formats, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
