Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, and needs.
• Monitor driver routes and provide support to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched calls, driver logs, and delivery statuses.
• Use dispatching software and tools to optimize routing and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatching or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics operations is a plus.
