Job Summary
As our Finance Manager, you’ll lead financial operations and provide critical insights through hands-on financial analysis. This hybrid role combines:
- Strategic budgeting and forecasting
- Team leadership with analytical tasks
- Financial modeling and investment evaluation
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial health and fueling growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies.
- Lead and mentor a finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Build financial models to forecast performance and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to guide business strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
- Experience: 4–6+ years in finance, managerial role, and proven financial analysis expertise preferred.
- Skills:
- Advanced financial modeling and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Bonus: Experience in logistics or supply chain finance is a plus.
