Job Purpose
The Senior Industrial Engineer is responsible for improving productivity, efficiency, and operational performance across garment manufacturing operations.
The role focuses on hands-on factory floor activities, including work study, line balancing, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies and establish accurate SMVs
- Perform line balancing to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks
- Monitor daily production efficiency and support target achievement
- Conduct capacity planning and manpower allocation
- Lead productivity and process improvement initiatives (Lean / Kaizen)
- Support new style introduction and layout preparation
- Work closely with Production and Quality teams to reduce rework and losses
- Train and guide junior IE staff and production teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Textile/Apparel Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in garment/apparel manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience on sewing production floors is required.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, factory-based position requiring regular presence on the production floor.
