Role Overview
As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in learning about technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR and recruitment team to understand role requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update the candidate database.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus (internships count).
- Interest in technology and technical roles (developers, engineers, IT specialists, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
