What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily business operations and enhance internal workflows
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives
- Align HR practices with our operational goals
- Support leadership with strategic planning and execution
- Ensure compliance, team coordination, and effective resource planning
What We’re Looking For: -
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, HR, or a similar leadership role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a tech/startup environment is a plus
- A proactive individual with a systems mindset and a people-first approach
- Proficiency in tools like project management applications and HR software
