Job Description

Orbit Health is leading the way in delivering cutting-edge digital health solutions across Ethiopia. We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our flagship products. This role is critical to expanding our market reach and building strong relationships with healthcare providers, public institutions, and private clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets, including hospitals, clinics, and individual healthcare providers.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Present Orbit Health’s digital health products and services to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress, adjusting strategies to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay up to date on healthcare trends, market conditions, and competitive products to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Participate in product launches, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
  • Carry out site visits to both public and private healthcare institutions
  • Frequent travel to regional areas of Ethiopia for lead generation

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or health related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in healthcare, technology, or software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and digital health products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
