Responsibilities and Duties

To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, responsible for:

• Scheduling sales activity
• Developing and maintaining a customer database
• Planning and conducting direct marketing activities
• Making sales calls to new and existing clients
• Developing and making presentations of company products and services
• Negotiating with clients
• Developing sales proposals
• Preparing and presenting sales contracts
• Conducting product training
• Maintaining sales activity records and preparing sales reports
• Responding to sales inquiries and concerns
• Ensuring customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Following up on sales activity
• Performing quality checks on product and service delivery
• Monitoring and reporting on sales activities
• Carrying out market research and surveys
• Participating in sales events
• Monitoring competitors, market conditions, and product development
• Always attending on time

Required Skill:

• BA/Diploma/Level IV / Level III in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/Management or related field with 2/4/6 years of relevant experience.
