We are currently looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand the reach of our software products across Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell software products to schools, businesses, and institutions.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings both online and in person.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our software offerings.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in software product sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to explain complex software solutions in a simple and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
