We are currently looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand the reach of our software products across Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers.
• Present, promote, and sell software products to schools, businesses, and institutions.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings both online and in person.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our software offerings.
• Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in software product sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to explain complex software solutions in a simple and compelling manner.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
