Role
Senior Video Editor (YouTube & Social Media)
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality YouTube videos (vlogs, tech reviews, interviews, storytelling).
- Design eye-catching thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
- Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
- Work closely with our production manager, content strategist, and creative team.
- Deliver videos in a timely and organized manner, maintaining consistency and brand tone.
- Maintain project files, versions, and backups across platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience editing YouTube videos with a proven portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.
- Understanding of YouTube content pacing, hooks, retention techniques, and trends.
- Experience creating compelling thumbnails that get clicks.
- A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, music selection, and sound design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Bonus: Experience in video shooting or camera operation is a plus, with bonus pay.
- Bonus payment per achieved goals.
