Role

Senior Video Editor (YouTube & Social Media)

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality YouTube videos (vlogs, tech reviews, interviews, storytelling).
• Design eye-catching thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Work closely with our production manager, content strategist, and creative team.
• Deliver videos in a timely and organized manner, maintaining consistency and brand tone.
• Maintain project files, versions, and backups across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience editing YouTube videos with a proven portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of YouTube content pacing, hooks, retention techniques, and trends.
• Experience creating compelling thumbnails that get clicks.
• A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, music selection, and sound design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Bonus: Experience in video shooting or camera operation is a plus, with bonus pay.
• Bonus payment per achieved goals.
