ET Inclusive Finance Technology S.C. (ETIFT) is urgently seeking skilled IT officers to join our team. This role is essential for supporting our Core Banking System, digital banking platforms, and software operations for financial institutions (MFIs).
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
- Experience: 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Support CBS and digital banking software systems
- Monitor application performance and assist in troubleshooting software/system issues
- Help implement updates and patches to ensure smooth operation for MFIs
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff if required
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team collaboration and effective communication
- Knowledge of digital banking applications is advantageous
Compensation: As per company salary scale
