Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Addis Ababa. The Accountant will be responsible for:
- Maintaining financial records
- Preparing financial reports
- Analyzing financial data
- Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
- Handling payroll processing
Qualifications
- Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis skills
- Payroll Processing and Compliance Knowledge
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience with Peachtree accounting software is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; experience in a merchandise company is highly desirable
