Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Addis Ababa. The Accountant will be responsible for:

• Maintaining financial records
• Preparing financial reports
• Analyzing financial data
• Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
• Handling payroll processing

Qualifications

• Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis skills
• Payroll Processing and Compliance Knowledge
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience with Peachtree accounting software is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; experience in a merchandise company is highly desirable
