Kazana Group is hiring an AI Intern to build practical AI tools that help our startups move faster!

What you’ll do

You’ll build an AI agent that drafts emails & LinkedIn messages in Kazana’s voice, turns pitch decks into clear scored summaries, and powers a friendly chatbot/search across our documents. Beyond that, you’ll:

• Automate routine tasks (follow-ups, summaries, and quick data pulls) so the team can focus on high-impact work.
• Prototype new features, test them with real users (founders & our investment team), and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Shape the agent’s tone, clarity, and usefulness so it feels like a helpful member of the Kazana team.
• Measure impact: track how your tools save time or improve decision speed and refine them accordingly.

Who we’re looking for

• Studying Computer Science (or related) with hands-on AI/ML experience.
• Comfortable with Python, data work, and shipping simple prototypes.
• Product-minded, communicative, and eager to learn.
• Available to come to the Kazana office ~1x per week.
