Responsibilities: As an Analyst Trainee, you will develop and enhance a comprehensive skill set critical to success in consulting. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting data collection and management using relevant tools to inform project insights.
• Collaborating with team members to conduct in-depth research and analysis across various industries, markets, and competitive contexts.
• Developing strategic insights to assist clients in addressing complex challenges and making informed decisions.
• Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables, including presentations and reports that translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Participating in client meetings and contributing meaningfully to discussions.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance consulting competencies.

Qualifications and Experience: Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a drive to innovate.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in both Amharic and English.
