Responsibilities: As an Analyst Trainee, you will develop and enhance a comprehensive skill set critical to success in consulting. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting data collection and management using relevant tools to inform project insights.
- Collaborating with team members to conduct in-depth research and analysis across various industries, markets, and competitive contexts.
- Developing strategic insights to assist clients in addressing complex challenges and making informed decisions.
- Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables, including presentations and reports that translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Participating in client meetings and contributing meaningfully to discussions.

Qualifications and Experience: Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a drive to innovate.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in both Amharic and English.
