The Opportunity
We’re searching for a visionary Art Director to lead our creative transformation. Someone who thrives on building brands from scratch, sketching raw concepts into visual systems, and inspiring teams to push the boundaries of design and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Develop brand identities, logos, and design systems for diverse clients
- Concept Development: Lead ideation sessions and translate abstract briefs into brilliant executions
- Visual Strategy: Shape the look and feel of campaigns across print, digital, and experiential formats
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior designers, illustrators, and content creators through concept refinement and feedback
- Client Collaboration: Present design concepts confidently and refine work based on feedback
- Quality Control: Uphold artistic standards and ensure every project reflects creativity and strategic clarity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role
- Proven ability to create logos, brand manuals, campaign visuals, and moodboards from zero
- Strong sketching, storyboarding, and conceptual thinking skills
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- Strong communicator who can sell ideas visually and verbally
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics or video storyboarding experience
- Experience working in event marketing or creative production
- Familiarity with cross-cultural design and bilingual branding
