Qualification & Experience

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) plus a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant banking experience.

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the bank and its subsidiaries regarding legal and regulatory compliance issues. The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Monitoring changes in laws and regulations affecting the bank
• Reviewing corporate policies and procedures, contracts, and other legal documents
• Providing instructions on required actions
