Job Summary
BGI Ethiopia is looking for a purpose-driven CSR Manager to lead strategic community engagement and sustainability efforts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement impactful CSR strategies and programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution
- Drive environmental and social sustainability initiatives
- Cultivate partnerships with NGOs, community leaders, and key stakeholders
- Promote CSR efforts through compelling internal and external storytelling
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- A changemaker who sees business as a force for good and is ready to prove it
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CSR or sustainability project delivery
Language
- English
