Job Purpose
To oversee a risk-based internal audit program, ensuring timely audits of banking operations, evaluating compliance and efficiency, and implementing recommendations. The Director will also conduct special investigations and collaborate with external auditors to enhance performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or any other field of study from a recognized higher learning institution.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position in Banking.
