Job Purpose

The job is established to identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the bank's operations, ensuring compliance with risk parameters and limits. This role involves:

• Reviewing risk assessments
• Monitoring exposures
• Developing risk tolerance guidelines
• Implementing risk management frameworks
• Providing training
• Advising the Board on risk issues
• Verifying transaction report integrity
• Maintaining crisis management and business continuity plans

Qualifications & Requirements

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or any other field of study from a recognized higher learning institution.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position in Banking.
