We’re looking for a smart, adaptable React Native + Full-Stack Developer who can build both mobile and web apps—and grow fast with us. If you love shipping real products, using the latest tools, and working side-by-side with a passionate team, this is for you.
We will only consider applicants currently living in Addis Ababa who can work full-time on-site. Must have hands-on experience with BOTH React Native and Full-Stack (React.js or Next.js + Express.js).
Must-Have Tech Skills
- Frontend: React Native, React, Next.js
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js
- Database: SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
- Version Control: Git & GitHub
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Vercel, EAS Build, Fastlane (or willingness to learn)
Bonus Skills
- Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Detox
- Dev Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
- Mobile: Push notifications, navigation, app store deployment
- UI/UX: Figma or similar tools
- Domain Knowledge: Experience building eLearning platforms
Who You Are
- 1–3+ years experience or strong portfolio/GitHub showing real projects
- Can write clean, maintainable code
- Quick to learn new tools, frameworks, and APIs
- Thrive in a fast-moving startup
- Able to work full-time, on-site in Addis Ababa
