Graphics Designer

We're seeking a creative, fast-thinking, and skilled Graphics Designer to elevate our brand presence and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative visual content for both print and digital platforms (brochures, product packaging, banners, flyers, social media, and more).
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging campaign visuals aligned with business objectives.
• Design motion graphics and short promotional videos for social media and internal use.
• Manage and grow the brand’s visual presence on social media platforms.
• Ensure all design work meets deadlines with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors.
• Use creativity and innovation to generate fresh concepts that stand out in a competitive market.
• Understand the basics of the cable industry to design relevant and technically appropriate visuals.

Required Qualifications:

• BA or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Certified in major design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer.
• Experience in printing media design and production workflows.
• Strong brand development knowledge and ability to apply design thinking to brand strategy.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and how design supports marketing goals.
• Background knowledge of the wire and cable industry is a plus.
• Experience in social media management and content design.
• Skilled in motion graphics and basic video editing.
• Ability to work under pressure, respond to urgent tasks quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly creative, self-driven, and passionate about impactful design.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Amharic.
