Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified HR Officer to support Workshop Supervisors to record, manage and analyze production department data including workers Pieces Output and Production Output. the The ideal candidate will assist Chinese management in supervising worker performance and enhancing productivity efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record the output of each worker on the piecework card.
- Prepare daily and monthly production output reports to ensure that the information is correct.
- Use the fixed format to record material transfers between departments.
- Receive unqualified materials and arrange rework.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and HR Management or a related field.
- Have a strong sensitivity to numbers and good calculation ability.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of working experience are welcome to apply.
- Age: Under 26.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to accept overtime and manage work pressure effectively.
