IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our technology infrastructure and support operations. The ideal candidate will:

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department
• Manage IT staff
• Ensure systems and networks run efficiently and securely
• Support the technology needs of the organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and software
• Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals (system admins, support staff, developers, etc.)
• Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are maintained and compliant
• Identify and implement IT improvements to meet company goals
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses
• Follow up and recommend IT procurement
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and cybersecurity regulations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Develop IT policies and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Manager
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Experience in managing teams and complex projects
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices
