Junior Trainer (Tourism And Hospitality)

On behalf of our client, GeezJobs Recruitment Department is seeking passionate and motivated Tourism and Hospitality graduates to join as Junior Trainers. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to share their knowledge, build their career in training, and contribute to developing skilled talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and delivering training sessions related to tourism and hospitality.
• Support senior trainers in developing training materials and activities.
• Facilitate practical demonstrations and role plays to enhance learning experiences.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain training records and assist in evaluation processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• BA Degree or Diploma in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the tourism and/or hospitality industry.
• Experience in customer service, hotel operations, or travel/tour coordination is a plus.
