On behalf of our client, GeezJobs Recruitment Department is seeking passionate and motivated Tourism and Hospitality graduates to join as Junior Trainers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and delivering training sessions related to tourism and hospitality.
- Support senior trainers in developing training materials and activities.
- Facilitate practical demonstrations and role plays to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain training records and assist in evaluation processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the tourism and/or hospitality industry.
- Experience in customer service, hotel operations, or travel/tour coordination is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
