Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Welder to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with foundational welding skills looking to grow their career. The Junior Welder will perform basic welding tasks and assist in the fabrication and repair of metal components, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently perform basic welding operations on metal components.
• Assist in the fabrication and repair of metal parts as required.
• Accurately interpret and follow designs and specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in welding, preferably in metal fabrication, furniture manufacturing, or related industries.
• Basic knowledge of MIG/TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or technical drawings.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with others.
