We are looking for a Personnel Officer who has Degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field, and which fulfill the following criteria.

- Terms of employment is permanent
- Salary is as per the company’s scale
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment and on-boarding of skilled labor and administrative staff specific to construction projects
2. Maintain accurate personnel records, including certifications, licenses, and safety training documentation
3. Coordinate employee scheduling, leave management, and timekeeping
4. Support safety compliance and ensure workers adhere to health and safety regulations
5. Facilitate communication between management and construction personnel
6. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
7. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
8. Promote a positive safety culture and employee engagement within the construction environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience in construction HR
- Proven experience as a Personnel Officer or HR role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large labor crews and subcontractor personnel
