BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely collection, reconciliation, and payment of all applicable taxes
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and ensuring their proper application
- Facilitating tax audits conducted by federal and regional tax authorities
- Preparing and providing all required documentation and responses during tax audits
- Developing and implementing tax risk management strategies to safeguard the bank’s financial health
