Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Specialist to drive the premium retail sales of Bephon Hair Care products. The role covers end-to-end sales execution, from lead generation to account management, availability & visibility execution, market share growth, marketing & promotional execution, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential premium retail buyers.
- Execute and maintain strong product visibility and availability across assigned retail outlets.
- Drive sales targets and ensure account retention and growth.
- Conduct market studies, collect market data, and provide actionable insights.
- Implement promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, or FMCG sales.
- BA degree in business related fields from recognized Universities
- Strong planning, execution, and reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM or other Sales Automation systems for field and office sales execution.
- Results-oriented with a drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
