Your Role

We’re looking for a proactive, persuasive, and self-motivated Sales Officer to join our hybrid team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, understands the value of digital transformation, and can confidently close deals with small business owners.

As our Sales Officer, you’ll:

  • Generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and in-person visits
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to final close
  • Pitch Novatra’s AI-powered services to business owners across industries (real estate, education, services, etc.)
  • Report activity using CRM tools and work with marketing to refine outreach

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably B2B or digital services
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Amharic
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, outsourcing, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time across office and field work
  • High emotional intelligence and confidence when dealing with decision-makers
