Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, digital marketing, and social media management, with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive property sales by identifying potential buyers and closing deals.
• Use digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to promote properties and engage with potential clients.
• Conduct property surveys and provide insights to clients.
• Manage leads effectively and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
• Stay updated on market trends and real estate industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
• Proficient in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and property surveying.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Ethiopian real estate market is an advantage.
