Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts specific to garment production and sales.
• Monitor cost of goods sold, production costs, and inventory valuation.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk in line with business operations.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and accounting standards.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and vendor payments.
• Conduct financial planning, cost analysis, and variance reporting for production and sales units.
• Support management in strategic decisions with financial insights, including pricing, procurement, and expansion plans.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
• Mentor and supervise finance staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the garment, textile, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in ERP/financial software and Microsoft Excel.
