Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts specific to garment production and sales.
- Monitor cost of goods sold, production costs, and inventory valuation.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk in line with business operations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and accounting standards.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and vendor payments.
- Conduct financial planning, cost analysis, and variance reporting for production and sales units.
- Support management in strategic decisions with financial insights, including pricing, procurement, and expansion plans.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
- Mentor and supervise finance staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the garment, textile, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in ERP/financial software and Microsoft Excel.
