Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in social sciences or business, preferably in Marketing, Marketing management, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum of six (6) years related experience
- Professional Training on Marketing Management (added advantage)
Job Summary
The jobholder is responsible for managing the Marketing Strategy of the Bank. This role will rigorously focus on:
- Executing the Bank’s trade marketing strategy
- Implementing the brand building execution framework of Awash Bank S.C.
- Driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness
- Identifying new business opportunities with the marketing team
- Developing various types of trade marketing campaigns
