Join a startup chemical importer and logistics provider, headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with operations across Kenya and beyond. We’re seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in international procurement, shipping, or distribution to support our Ethiopia and Kenya operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PO-to-delivery cycles across multiple countries, ensuring timely availability and avoiding bottlenecks.
• Handle cross-border logistics, including incoterms, free zone operations, customs clearance, and port coordination.
• Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and stock-outs proactively.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order tracking using Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo).
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and warehousing teams to bridge operational gaps.

Requirements:

• Background in chemical supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with import/export companies or freight forwarders.
• Comfortable with free zone environments and cross-border trade.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and data management skills.
