Job Purpose:

Safe execution of maintenance activities focusing on planned maintenance and efficient breakdown troubleshooting while improving key performance indicators and eradicating waste to ensure a sustainable environment. Execute tasks deemed important for the business as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes all maintenance activities safely and OTIF.
• Executes legal-related maintenance tasks safely and OTIF.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities.
• Executes all maintenance activities OTIF with quality standards.
• Performs maintenance considering food safety standards (HACCP).
• Executes all planned/corrective maintenance.
• Coaches, trains, and supports operators for CILT execution.
• Performs tagging/detagging at the required level.
• Spots and rectifies performance issues of equipment during zonal tours.
• Attends production shift handover meetings.
• Assists operators in fine-tuning and adjusting machines.
• Hands over equipment after maintenance execution to the operator.
• Executes Lock Out Tag Out Try Out procedures.
• Executes maintenance tasks not able to be done by operators.
• Uses 'dead time' as instruction time.
• Participates in service and overhaul maintenance.
• Communicates and cooperates with operations before, during, and after maintenance.
• Continuously learns from zone technicians to troubleshoot efficiently.
• Transfers maintenance tasks to operators that can be handled by them.
• Applies structured fault-finding procedures.
• Participates in RCFA/BDA (5 why) or organizes team participation.
• Keeps maintenance areas organized (5S).
• Engages and participates in APM 0-3 rollout team and improvements.
• Registers breakdown work orders in CMMS and creates BDA sheets.

Job Requirements

Education

• BSc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent (Vocational Education)
• Advanced diploma in electricity
• Level V in Industrial Automation, Industrial Electricity

Experience and Skills Required

• 2 years and above working in maintenance
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical machine knowledge.
• Experienced in TPM and able to execute AM activities.
• Independent user in Windows/Office/Maximo.
• Basic education in process automation control.
• Certified to work with low voltage.
• Mastered required LOTO skills and activities.
• Good skills and understanding of technical drawing (AutoCAD/P&ID, Wiring diagram).
