Amplify ET, in partnership with Safaricom Ethiopia, is seeking a motivated and qualified Trade Development Representative (TDR) for M-PESA in Addis Ababa. The TDR will play a key role in helping us meet our M-PESA Merchant revenue growth targets by ensuring our agents offer competitive, innovative, and high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth and revenue targets by effectively managing M-PESA Merchant and customers in your assigned region.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand M-PESA’s market presence.
- Identify emerging market trends and shifts, staying informed on competitor activities and new products.
- Ensure all M-PESA Merchant in your region are fully branded and compliant with Safaricom standards.
- Provide ongoing training and support to all M-PESA Merchant in your region.
- Ensure Merchants maintain proper branding materials at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Passionate about sales and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (mandatory).
- Smartphone is mandatory for the job.
Education Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred Experience: Prior knowledge and experience in telecom sales or mobile money services is a plus.
