Now, we’re expanding our team and looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences—with frontend development skills as a major plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, ERP systems, banking systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
• Create and maintain design systems and UI/UX guidelines for consistency across platforms.
• Optimize designs for accessibility, performance, and usability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• No formal education needed
• Proof of expertise is mandatory (e.g., portfolio of designs, completed projects, Dribbble/Behance profile, or client testimonials).
• Hands-on experience in designing for websites, mobile apps, ERP systems, banking systems, or similar enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform UI/UX best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to understand complex user flows and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
