Job Summary:
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, follows up and evaluates the branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters, motivates and coaches customer service officers, identifies and recruits potential customers, and provides professional advice.
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related field of study with 6 years of work experience in banking operations, of which two (2) years in a supervisory position.
Applicants for Melkarefu Branch: Speaking & Writing Afan Oromo language is preferable; for Kebri Dahar Branch: Speaking & Writing Somali language is preferable.

- Kebri Dahar Branch Under Dire Dawa district
- Melkarefu (IFB Branch, Under Dire Dawa district)
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale.
