About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Business Analyst to join our Product Team. This role is integral to driving impactful business decisions by conducting in-depth research, analyzing use cases, and crafting strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and financial products and a passion for understanding customer experiences and business impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Research:
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor strategies within the fintech and financial sectors.
- Identify emerging opportunities and threats relevant to our products and services.
- Use Case Research:
- Analyze and document various business scenarios and use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential applications for proposed solutions.
- Customer Experience Analysis:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Company Impact Analysis:
- Evaluate the potential business impact of new products, features, or services.
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments to support decision-making.
- Research Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive research documents, whitepapers, and reports on fintech and financial products.
- Present findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to align research insights with organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in research tools, analytics platforms, and documentation software.
- Knowledge of customer experience frameworks and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with fintech products, financial regulations, and market dynamics.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Ability to create detailed use case documentation and business impact reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
