Humedica e.V. is a German-based international NGO that was first registered in Ethiopia in February 2010 and re-registered on July 8, 2019, with Registry No. 1605 as a foreign charity. Currently, the Humedica e.V. Country Office is seeking an Intern Civil Engineer to support housing renovation projects for beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in supervising the works on-site on a daily basis.
- Support on preparation of BOQs for housing renovation Project
- Follow-up adherence towards humedica e.V requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical specification and cost estimate
- Support site inspections to assess housing conditions and renovation progress
- Document renovation needs ,progress and completion status
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers , and beneficiaries during renovation activities
- Prepare takeoff and verify payment certification
- Assist in ensuring the documents are prepared to meet the quality standard requirements.
- Assist in timely delivery of the expected outputs.
- Assist in the preparation of site progress reports including images and videos as required.

Duration of Internship:- For 3 Months
Education and qualification
- BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or any other related fields.
- Applicants are not required to have professional work experience.
