We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our growing development teams. Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers across multiple projects
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality software on time
• Drive engineering excellence through technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and collaboration
• Support career development and performance management of team members
• Oversee architectural decisions, system scalability, and technical roadmaps
• Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to keep teams moving forward

What We Are Looking For:

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
• Strong technical background in various tech stacks
• Proven experience managing agile software development teams
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for coaching engineers and improving development processes
• Experience with modern DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise-level applications
• Familiarity with security, scalability, and performance optimization in distributed systems
