Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers across multiple projects
- Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality software on time
- Drive engineering excellence through technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and collaboration
- Support career development and performance management of team members
- Oversee architectural decisions, system scalability, and technical roadmaps
- Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to keep teams moving forward
What We Are Looking For:
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
- Strong technical background in various tech stacks
- Proven experience managing agile software development teams
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for coaching engineers and improving development processes
- Experience with modern DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise-level applications
- Familiarity with security, scalability, and performance optimization in distributed systems
