We’re Hiring: Full Stack + React Native Software Engineer

We’re looking for a smart, adaptable Full-Stack Developer who can build both web and mobile apps and is ready to grow fast with us. If you’re excited about using the latest tools, shipping real products, and working in-person with a passionate team, we’d love to hear from you.

Must-Have Tech Skills

• Frontend: React, Next.js, React Native
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
• Version Control: Git and GitHub
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Vercel, EAS Build, Fastlane (or willingness to learn these)

Extra Skills That Make You Stand Out

• Testing: Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Detox
• Dev Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor...)
• Mobile: Knowledge of push notifications, navigation, and app deployment
• Design: Eye for UI/UX with experience using Figma or similar design handoff tools
• Eager Learner: Quick to pick up new frameworks, tools, and APIs
• Experience in developing e-learning platforms.

Who You Are

• 1–3+ years of experience (or a strong portfolio/GitHub projects showcasing your skills)
• Solid understanding of how full-stack apps are designed and built
• Passionate about writing clean, efficient, and readable code
• Comfortable using AI-enhanced development tools
• Able to work full-time, on-site in Addis Ababa
• Thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
