Job Description
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a consultancy travel company and a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with travel consultants, clients, and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle office procurement, supplies, and equipment management.
- Maintain organized filing systems for company records, invoices, and contracts.
- Prepare reports, handle petty cash, and assist with basic financial management.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a consultancy travel company.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
