Position Overview
An Outlet Manager is responsible for managing all outlets and events in the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while optimizing sales, evaluating performance, and ensuring staffing levels meet demand.
Responsibilities
- Managing all outlets/events
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
- Evaluating guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proposing ideas to enhance Conference and Outleting operations
- Optimizing sales and controlling costs
- Maintaining good communication and work relationships
- Ensuring staffing levels meet business demands
- Conducting ongoing training
- Facilitating communication meetings and generating minutes
- Managing staff performance issues in compliance with policies
- Recruiting, managing, training, and developing the Outlet team
- Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
Qualification
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Strong knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector
- Record of success in Conference and Outleting operations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills to create a winning team
- Experience in Conference and Outleting Operations in a managerial position
It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
