Job Summary

Performs all mechanical project works, machine installation, pipeline maintenance, repair and replacement, pipeline insulation work throughout the factory to ensure the proper operation according to the design and other specifications.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement withthe  team the repairs and replacement parts, pipeline works with stainless steel welding and fitting works
• Perform modification works by welding and assembling as per approved designs given implementing with perfection.
• Perform with the team Mechanical repair works of machineries, insulation works and any mechanical repair works in the workshop as per work instructions and give feed back to the team leader about the progress and quality of works.
• Make sure the repair and maintenance works are conducted properly from time, efficiency, standard and cost perspectives with the team
• Respect and confirm the implementation of company rules and regulations in the section,
• Implement machinery and mechanical equipment maintenance, adjustment and monitoring to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
• Collect data for preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance reports preparation, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Follow the 5 S principles & organization, PPEs, proper usage of fleet for the workshop.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

• Problem-solving & communication skills
• Troubleshooting of technical problems.
• Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking.

Education

• The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 2 years of Relevant experience
