As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and experienced Full-Time Sales Manager to lead and grow our high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful teams.
