STRAP Marketing is a leading real estate sales, marketing, and consulting firm based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We specialize in providing comprehensive marketing solutions and sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate developers.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and experienced Full-Time Sales Manager to lead and grow our high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful teams.
